My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite dull with some hygiene issues, yet spacious. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, but I did encounter some issues with the sanitary plumbing, leading to having to request a room change. There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom and near the bed, which was a bit concerning. On the bright side, the location was excellent, being very close to Shin-Osaka station for easy travel access. The service, although a bit slow at times, was superb with attentive staff. The dining options were satisfactory, leaning more towards Japanese cuisine. However, a few more non-fish options would have been appreciated. Despite some drawbacks, the proximity to transportation hubs and the helpful service made the stay enjoyable.
